Beautiful hand embroidered pillow with whimsical appliqué insects and colorful stitching. The embroidery is on a cream cotton ground cloth and the back is a red cotton cloth with a zipper in the middle. Made by a women-led cooperative in Cape Town, South Africa working with 20 women artisans to create unique pieces of resilience that carry the stories of the maker. Truly one-of-a-kind!
