Handwoven Woolen Pink Frazada Blanket
Our new collection of vintage hand woven wool frazadas are stunning! Hand woven in two panels from the mountains of Peru used by the Aymara or Quechua people that live in the high Andes. This is a special one with the resist dyed patterns and words. The words are probably the weaver's name. This is a heavier throw but beautiful draped on the couch or the foot of the bed. This would also be beautiful on the wall. Vintage condition with some minor spots or discolorations. 100% wool.
Colors: hot pink, bright deep burgundy, greyish blue, red, light wheat, burnt orange, royal blue and light yellow. There is a soft white to lavender colored crocheted edge around the whole blanket.
